This granny square shirt was around a 3-month project. It is made up of _____ individual granny squares, each individually attached to create the shirt as a whole.

Made up of 100% cotton yarn and using a 3.5 mm crochet hook, this shirt was created inspired by the crashing waves of the San Diego shore.

The process for creating this shirt first involved lots of planning and brainstorming to figure out the style and colors. Next, I created a pattern for the number of squares I would need, measuring a shirt of my own for reference.
